Victory! :)

My friends and I have been talking about it ever since we started school here last September, but we never got around to it. This quarter, however, we finally succeeded in signing up for one of the intramural sports tournaments. Teams of UCI students compete in different sports and leagues. Our team is playing in one of the men’s recreational (as opposed to competitive) call-your-own basketball leagues. There are six teams and we get to play each one in the next weeks, making it 5 ’season games’, after which we’ll hopefully proceed to the playoffs. :)
Anyway, we had our first match this past week, and after struggling a little in the beginning, we managed to turn the game and eventually won 50:34. Yay! Our next match is coming up this Thursday, I’ll keep you posted as the season progresses…

  1. And I will be taking pictures of you in action in the upcoming match so that everyone can see on your blog!! ;) Woo, maybe a short video. You should totally update your blog so that it plays films!
